Pros: ZScaler has a fantastic name in the market, with some amazing products. The tech stack is top-of-the-line. The San Jose office culture is on par with the best, and the CEO is humble and down-to-earth, mingling with everybody. Benefits are great.
Cons: I joined an acquired team that is based out of the East Coast. At best, the culture is that of a high school. While some of the top leadership is extremely talented and helpful, the culture is one of micromanagement, and they made life miserable.
