Super fast-moving, exciting, and absolutely full of opportunity and potential going forwards. This is the winning team, and it feels great.
Growing pains are inevitable in a company expanding at this rate, but it's a nice problem to have. Expect to deal with process issues and resource constraints from time to time. As new people are brought on, it gets easier, but everybody has to ramp first.
