Work is good, but there's a lot of pressure
Work is good to learn and engage in new tech/features constantly. People are overall nice and helpful.
The work pressure and work-life balance are hard. Pay compensation has gone down significantly since the last few times.
You need to ensure no employee is overburdened and loses out on work-life balance. Since most employees go through this hard time, at least while paying compensation, reasons like budget being low should be avoided every time.

Sr Staff Software Engineer
I applied through other sources. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zscaler (Sanjose, CA) in Jan 2022. I had 4 technical rounds. They then added up the performance of all the rounds and let us know if selected for the next managerial round.
Senior Solution Architect
The lengthy, technical interview was good, mainly relating to foundational knowledge. It can be confusing at times as the interviewers change often. Overall, it is in line with most tech/vendor interviews, with a very sales focus in this region.
