Pros

Once you join, there's a real chance you'll be laid off within months, regardless of performance.

Cons

The company has a pattern of silent layoffs every quarter.

Despite what leadership claims in all-hands meetings about hiring more, the reality often contradicts their words.

Trust in leadership is eroded when the CEO and CTO repeatedly assure employees of growth and expansion, only to see more colleagues let go shortly after.

Job security is a serious concern. The unpredictability creates a stressful and demotivating work environment.

Advice to Management

Be transparent and truthful in communication with employees. Silent layoffs, combined with contradictory statements from leadership, create distrust and demoralization among the workforce. If the company is facing challenges, acknowledge them openly rather than sugar-coating reality.
