AWS offers a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive base pay ranging from $127,400 to $212,800 depending on location, plus equity and benefits. The role requires 4+ years of network engineering experience and strong expertise in IP routing protocols and technologies.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing network changes, working with automation teams on scaling tools, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining networking standards. You'll be part of a 24x7 on-call rotation and work closely with Network/Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
