Job Description
Assort Health is seeking product-minded software engineers to join their team and scale their AI-powered healthcare communication platform. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building voice agents that serve as the first point of contact for medical practices, handling appointment scheduling and patient triage. The company has already handled over 250,000 patients across 150+ clinics and is experiencing rapid growth, with millions in ARR every month and 10x growth since January. The technology stack centers on Python, and you'll work with cutting-edge AI through partnerships with OpenAI and Gemini.
As a key member of the engineering team, you'll have many responsibilities and be involved in key decisions alongside the founders. You'll develop features and products from the ground up, enjoying a high degree of autonomy and tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer for senior profile
- Open to recent graduates with a demonstrated interest in software development for junior profiles
