Job Description
Decagon is building advanced conversational AI agents for enterprises like Duolingo, Notion, Rippling, and more. They've raised $231M in funding from notable investors. As an Agent Software Engineer, you'll have ownership in building AI agents from implementation to iteration, working with leaders across industries like finance, healthcare, and hospitality. You will be designing and building AI agents that outperform human agents, identifying trends to evolve Decagon's platform, and experimenting with text and voice models.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving deep into complex systems and crafting scalable solutions. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco. Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions and driving customer retention
- Identify cross-customer trends that guide the evolution of Decagon’s agent building platform and research efforts
- Experiment with and run evaluations on the latest text and voice models, then integrate them at scale with large enterprise-grade customers
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in full-stack engineering at a tech company known for a high engineering bar, a high-frequency trading company, or a hyper growth tech startup
