  • Perform complex troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications
  • Perform complex troubleshooting via back-end methods
  • Prioritize work based on severity and urgency
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure complex issues are addressed
  • Document notes, activities, resolutions throughout investigation lifecycle
  • Provide technical support to customers, OEMs and VARs
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
