How can I get interest around my proposed projects as an intern?

I want to go the extra mile as an intern and build out additional projects on top of what I've already been assigned. Right now, I'm proposing opportunities and ending messages with "If you want more info, let me know!". Is there anything else I can do?

- It's very hard proposing separate projects for anyone, and it's even harder as an intern.
- Meta point: It's much easier to expand scope instead of creating scope. This means taking your existing projects and building on top of them instead of proposing separate ones.
- This feels a lot more organic, and you're very well positioned for this as an intern since interns will generally get one "core" project where they build a lot of depth. Use this depth to figure out how to extend this core project to have more impact.
