I have great relationship with my manager. In order to grow within company I feel like increased visibility is required. Any tips on how to do it? We both are remote.

Use a conversation with the skip level as a way to understand the broader strategies of the org. Ask questions about their priorities, and try to provide some value by sharing your perspective "on the ground" as an IC engineer.
