Looking for Robotics, AI, LLMs, and Startup Events/Meetups in South Bay

Hi everyone! I recently moved to Bay Area(south bay specifically) and I'm feeling a bit isolated. I'm really interested in attending events and meetups related to robotics, AI, LLMs, and startups, learning the latest tech trends etc.

Can anyone recommend where to find these types of events, meetups, or even classes to learn more about LLMs?

Thanks in advance!

    Try cerebralvalley.ai

    • hackathons at AGI House in Hillsborough (not the SF one) are pretty fun, top tier engineers show up. Andrew Ng was squinting really hard at my failed demo one time 😭

now that i think about it, my answer was very un-nuanced. you can ping me on linkedin if you have specific questions, I ran the largest AI meetup in the bay area for a year

Totally just my personal opinion but I feel South Bay is isolated and boring. Much more ideal for folks with active family lives.

OTOH, if San Francisco is your vibe (it sure is mine), I would check out onlyinsf, sfbucketlist, plunge.party, sfbaydiairies on Instagram!

Also, I love Taro in person meetups too. Check this out - https://www.meetup.com/find/?location=us--ca--San Francisco&source=EVENTS&keywords=startup

I find SF to be a very welcoming city, so any coffee shop connection should get you into most non niche-tech circles

Feel free to reach out if you're looking for meetups!
