Meta Full Loop - SWE - Manager - Questions

I need advice and help. I cleared the first round of Meta interview for Software Engineering Management. The recruiter said the initial feedback is for a strong M1, but did not see enough signal for M2. However, the recruiter mentioned that in all the loops (for full loop), they would assess for M1/M2.  I leaning towards trusting the recruiter, but not sure. Can you please throw some light? Any tips during to show case m2 level competencies, skills, problem solving, team management and impact ?Also, following are the rounds for full loop

  1. System Design - Part 2
  2. Coding Round
  3. Project Retrospective
  4. People Management - Org structure/Culture/Setting up performance management process
  5. Catch all round - Stakeholder management, Embracing Ambiguity

    I unfortunately don't have many deep insights about EM interviews, but I'll share the broader criteria for senior-level IC evaluation. A lot of the discussion will come down to how you tackled challenges in your earlier roles, and whether that scope lines up.

    For leadership roles like M2, interviewers will want to see evidence of leading large teams and other managers. How did you make tradeoffs across projects and priorities? How did you deal with a poor performing IC or manager? There are some sample questions I found here.

    This means many of the tactics for behavioral interviews will apply here (e.g. STAR method).
