Pros: Good working environment. We have a lot to learn. One of the best cafeterias (moderately charged).

Cons: Your lead can make your life hell, especially for Associate Software Engineers. There's no appreciation for talent and good work. You will get promoted only in their performance cycle of 1 year, irrespective of the work you do. Doing a good job might improve your rating, but it won't get you a promotion. Politics are present in a lot of projects, related to project budget hampering appraisals and promotions. There's an emphasis on completing work ASAP without looking for a better solution. No steps are taken even when a lot of people resign every month for better opportunities. There are 10 working hours, which is 1 hour more than normal. There's an emphasis on sitting 10 hours on an office chair rather than the work you do.

Pros: It is a good company to work with.

Cons: Onboarding is very late, and it takes time.

Pros: Nice work culture, smooth recruitment process.

Cons: Low salary, work quality not good.
