I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks.
It was a fairly good experience. There were three rounds if I remember correctly: OA, and two interviews. Interviews were done virtually while OA was done on campus. OA was medium, with easy and medium LeetCode questions. The technical interview was easy, and the HR interview focused more on communication and candidate qualities.
