I had to give the written exam first. On clearing it, I had the technical round of interview scheduled within the next hour. The technical interview went well, and the interviewer mentioned that the co-ordinator would get back to me.

I later got a call from the interview co-ordinator and was informed that I had cleared the round, along with the position that the interviewer had recommended me for. She mentioned that the next and last round would be an HR round, but since none of the HRs were available right then, they would get back to me over the weekend and schedule the HR interview round.

The weekend passed by, and I had not received any call. But on Monday, I received a call and an email from the Accenture team stating that I needed to complete my candidate profile and submit various documents: all my education certificates, pay slips, previous company pay slips, experience and service certificates, confirmation certificate, along with photographs (something that's done if you are being onboarded).

I had also informed them that my HR round was not yet scheduled, to which they said that they would get back.

A couple of days passed by, and I had still not heard about the HR round. I had sent follow-up emails to my talent co-ordinator, who was assigned to me during my application. I then got back a response from them after following up and explaining all this: that I had not cleared the Technical round and hence I would not be having the HR round.

For a company like Accenture, the interview process and follow-up process are sure to make people not want to apply for the job in the first place.
