Process
The interview process was done with a lot of care for candidate experience. The Managing Director of the Prague office did the initial interview with me to understand my motivation, background, and interests. He gave me some of the most valuable tips for ramping up my learning as a junior developer that I remember and value to this day.
The second round was done by a senior developer who asked for samples of my code and tried to understand my current level of experience.
While in the end I decided to go with a different offer, this interview made me feel like the SinnerSchrader team in Prague is exceptional when it comes to transparency and kindness. Definitely a team that stayed on my radar.
