I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
The interview process consisted of three rounds.
- The first was an initial screening call covering my experience, current role, notice period, location, and overall background.
- The second was a short technical round of around 30 minutes focused mainly on performance testing concepts and my project experience.
- The final round was an in-person technical interview of approximately one hour, with detailed questions on performance engineering, tools, troubleshooting, monitoring, and real-world scenarios.

Cons: Many layers of management lead to over-communication and difficulty getting much done. The yearly review process is biased and not transparent.

Pros: The company offers a really good salary coming out of school. The people you work with are, for the most part, young, so it's easy to communicate with everyone.
Cons: People stay for 2-3 years and then go to another company. Most of management started this way and then came back to retire gracefully.
