First, they will screen the resume. After that, we will get a call for a technical interview. There will be only one round of technical interview for experienced candidates. In the technical round, they will ask about Java features, Spring Boot, and coding questions.

Possibility to migrate between projects.
Big company experience.
Cons: Politics over technical knowledge.
Too many calls, bureaucracy, and overheads in general.
The absolute majority of managers doesn't have technical skills at all.
Company speaks one thing, but does another.
Career plan forces you to be a manager to grow. That's bad if you are technical and don't want to become a manager, and bad if you don't know anything about software development and become a manager.
