Good base pay for freshers.
Great technologies to work with, like Java FullStack and BigData.
Newly joined freshers are not treated well. Even the accommodation they provided was only 2-star, and the food was pathetic. They do not allot you the location of your preference. During onboarding, they do not differentiate this role with other mass recruitment candidates from B.Sc., B.C.A. All would share the same roof.
They should definitely consider providing a better onboarding experience and clearly differentiate between their roles.
