Working at Accenture was like a school, and it's a great place to start your career. They form you as a professional and add value to your resume. The company is very structured, with a lot of processes and a clear career path.
Micromanaging, overtimes, and not a good work-life balance. Compensation is a pinch lower than similar consulting firms.
