Great infrastructure, nice colleagues, and very wonderful campuses.
They train you very thoroughly on the technical concepts. The company also conducts good sessions for relaxation and fun every week. Although this depends on the project you are working on, many sessions were available for almost all Accenture employees, such as mental peace and yoga education sessions to take care of mental health.
You usually don't get to work on the technologies that they train you for.
Sometimes the tasks are very basic, and the tools we work with are too old. The work/task we get to work on has no scope. If we continue doing the same, we may not be considered for a good position anywhere going forward, especially for freshers.
Late-night work hours also sometimes disturb our work-life balance.
