Certificates alone will not prove you are knowledgeable, but with experience, it will. Misaligned capabilities and the career path you planned might not come true. It will eat a lot of time because of the schedule plus the traveling time.
Don't ask applicants or members about their career paths if you are not going to put gears in motion.

Three interviews in the span of three weeks. Firstly, a phone screen with HR. Secondly, an hour-long interview with panel members. Finally, a presentation. Overall, a very smooth process.
