Disappointing projects, managing, and attitude towards another person
You'll probably meet nice people on a project.
Projects - if you land on a project that is a complete mess, you can't change it. You are done.
Managers - they all see you throughout your level. Everyone at level 10+ (level 10 for a senior developer, level 11 for a regular developer) is a nobody to them.
Bureaucracy.
Low salary for regular/senior developers.
Buddy system - it just doesn't work. My buddy was not interested in helping me at all, although I spoke with him about my work's problems many times. Even on my last day in Accenture, he didn't even say goodbye. He just didn't care.
Start respecting your people and help them if they want to be heard.
