You'll probably meet nice people on a project.
Projects - if you land on a project that is a complete mess, you can't change it. You are done.
Managers - they all see you throughout your level. Everyone at level 10+ (level 10 for a senior developer, level 11 for a regular developer) is a nobody to them.
Bureaucracy.
Low salary for regular/senior developers.
Buddy system - it just doesn't work. My buddy was not interested in helping me at all, although I spoke with him about my work's problems many times. Even on my last day in Accenture, he didn't even say goodbye. He just didn't care.
Start respecting your people and help them if they want to be heard.
There are 3 rounds of interview: 1. Resume Shortlist 2. Documents Upload 3. Technical Round 4. Technical Assessment 5. Hiring Manager I applied for the position of Javascript Developer. After shortlisting my resume for the position of Javascript dev
You'll first be interviewed by HR. This interview will include mostly general questions about your professional career and whatnot. Then comes the technical interview. This is mostly very objective and will consist of questions about how you handled
One of the greatest and most comfortable interviews of my life. The interviewer was a great person with a nice attitude towards the candidate. It was a great chance to learn more details about the company and position.
