Has loads of technologies to work on, but only if you are not pigeonholed to Avanade, in which case you are screwed.
Not a good company for freshers, leaves too much to chance for them.
Managers, AMs, and TLs have a lot of favoritism.
Hikes are in single digits.
Very slow growth and no option to change the field/technology you are working on.
