First round: aptitude, which will be conducted by a third-party company. Second round: technical, by Accenture HR and tech leads. Third round: HR round, in which salary and working discussions will be held.

Interviews are great; they mostly focus on problem-solving and understanding company culture. It is not too hard; mostly, they want an honest and good candidate who can work with the team. Team skills are also judged.

The technical interview was mostly on the technology in which we have expertise. The questions were mostly scenario-based so that they could get to know the in-depth knowledge of what we have experience in.
