I get paid for allowances as well, since I work for a US client.
- Unreasonable rules laid down by team leads are causing distress among resources.
- Management is fine as long as nothing comes up to them to resolve.
- Leads are not skilled in the tasks, burdening juniors with their work who have their own work, with the expectation to get it done at the earliest.
There is a difference between having lead in title and actually being a leader. Please do not let the team bear the brunt of your incompetence.
