A good company to join for new/lateral joiners alike.

The working environment is also good. If you get a good development project, you can definitely build on your technical skills.

Appraisals were good in earlier years. You can get a hike of up to double digits, in spite of being a service-based industry.

But the senior management needs to improve. Their policies are a bit rigid.

Also, for people living in the western suburbs of Mumbai, it's a pain to travel to Navi Mumbai daily.

All other offices (technology section) of Accenture in Mumbai have been shut down. All their workforce has been shifted to Airoli.

Need to improve as far as policy making is concerned. Need to be flexible.

At times, it seems senior management turns a deaf ear to employee concerns and issues.
