Bad pay, no onsite, too much politics. I have either been forced into projects or tricked into them. The policies and rules make daily life unbearable, just as bad as any government company. Transport facilities are bad, and women's security is merely a farce. The company has such strict rules that it's easier to take public transport than company vehicles.
People are not dumb; they understand the politics you play with them, better than you think.
If you cannot respect those working with you, don't expect them to look up to you as leaders.
