Benefits are decent. Offices are well maintained. People I've interacted with have mostly been positive (although there are a few cases of work politics, just like every other company.)
In a specific case, getting hard-locked into a project means it becomes very difficult to roll off of the project. Like most tech companies in 2023, there is a constant push to return to office, even when operations are possible with WFH. Depending on role and project, raises vary and promotions are slow. HR help is below average. Work-life balance depends on project and location.
Just like most big companies, stop blindly following every company's WFO practice in cases where it doesn't make sense, and if work and productivity are not being hampered by doing WFH.
Making claims of flexibility and promoting mental health doesn't do anything if you're working against it.
The process was standard, like all large MNCs. The test was doable. The total number of rounds are a lot, but understandable.
Initial Screening: This may involve a phone call with a recruiter or HR representative to discuss your background, skills, and career aspirations. They may also ask basic technical questions to gauge your knowledge. Technical Interview: You'll likel
I had a very simple interview process: an aptitude test and then a technical round. Post clearing both rounds, there was an HR round. In the HR round, details regarding your education background and salary expectations were discussed.
