Pretty difficult to change a project at on-shore.

Management needs to come up with better answers while reviewing performance. They usually rate you at "Met Expectation" level if they gave an on-shore opportunity and come up with some stories why you achieved that, rather than "exact points."

Eventually no compensation benefit in the past 2 years, but expects you to take up higher roles and responsibilities.

Managers are usually driven on "How to increase profit and head count."

Never had a one-on-one discussion focusing on "employee needs and growth."

Career Counselor Program is a "joke."

Advice to Management

Not frequent, but at least two sessions in a year that will focus on employee career and growth.

QQ: The company is willing to offer a lot to a new hire replacing a person who resigned, but why not take care of the existing employees?
