The organization is too large, and one can easily get lost. Leadership has very little concern about quality. Senior Managers and Managing Directors do not follow any standardized methodologies, like their own Accenture Delivery Methods, which has a negative impact on work-life balance, respect for the individual, stewardship, and other quality metrics. If you're experienced in technology, I would not recommend this company.
Please follow your own core values of stewardship, respect for the individual, integrity, and client value creation. The organization doesn't seem focused on these.
