Great company and good policies
I have been working at Accenture for 4 years. It's really a good place for the experienced. There are onsite opportunities, and the company decides the work location based on the zonal area in which you belong. Work-life balance is good. They are top service-based providers.
As per my experience, I don't think there are any cons.
Management is good.
