- Management is quite reachable to be spoken with
- Pay is poor, especially for those who stay at Accenture for far too long.
- The conduct of the recruitment process takes place at a snail's pace. If you apply in month 1, you'll get a call in month 3, an interview is scheduled in month 4, and an offer is extended in month 5. They think they are like Google.
- Transport facility is albeit provided but is pathetic with their rickety and smelly buses.
- HRs are like they are trained from the Nazi army; they will threaten you to join a project or else be thrown off to Somalia.
- Employee Tracking System: It detects your working hours in front of the desktops. Swipe-in and swipe-out should be stopped.
- Please stop the Employee Tracking System (swipe-in & swipe-out).
- You miss the eye to recognize talent.
- Allow the employees to join their projects of choice.
