Pros

It has a lot of opportunity to learn as well as gain experience, due to multiple implementation projects as well as support projects pushing for innovative automations.

Cons

If you work real hard and create a dependency, they will simply not let you join other projects for personal growth, even after there is nothing left for you to offer. I have been working for the same client for the past 4 years and cannot get a roll-off. The only option is leaving the company, else growth basically stops.

Advice to Management

Create a fixed time period where each resource can only be allocated to a client for a specific duration. This way, in case a resource wants a roll-off for growth, personal reasons, or leaves the company, the person should be able to do so. Additionally, the client does not suffer from the loss of an individual who worked for so long that they alone know all processes.
