Pros

Accenture has a transparent and highly sophisticated corporate operating model. The work culture is excellent, and everyone from top to bottom is bound by company policies.

There's an absolutely crisp and clear escalation process. Accenture places strong value on ethics, and respect for individuals is one of its core ethical values. This is followed not just on paper.

Accenture's onsite packages are highly attractive, provided you get long-term assignments. Office space is of good standards.

There are many enthusiastic people groups for providing technical and non-technical guidance, as well as to tap your potential and support your growth in the right direction.

Accenture's business, reputation, and employee count are exponentially growing.

Cons

At a project level, technical learning often takes a back seat in many projects, as software services is Accenture's primary business. It is not that everyone will end up in the not-so-technical zone. However, there is more than a 50% chance that you will not get technical exposure to the level you would normally expect. Again, this is a matter of individual perspective. The annual rating process is flawed (not because I got a bad rating!). Mass recruitment due to immense growth and up-sizing can heavily compromise the quality of the recruits.

Advice to Management

The annual rating process needs a revamp because of too much dependency on supervisors (not because I got a bad rating!). Mass recruitment due to immense growth and up-sizing can heavily compromise the quality of the recruits. I can't think of any other issues right now.
