Good experience for freshers. Career growth is linear but very slow
Good place to start. Good exposure to technology. Lot of training opportunities.
Average salary. No resource value (at least in the project I worked on). You are a tiny fish in the ocean. Recent cost-cutting and major changes in policies have led to dissatisfaction among resources.
We need to update to better compensation plans. We need to have a better outlook towards resources.
