I have been working at Accenture for 6 years.

Pros:

• No bossy attitude on display. You can always present your point professionally, and it will be heard at some level, even if not by your immediate supervisor.
• People are helpful.
• Good onsite opportunities, but you need to be in the right place at the right time.

Over time, I have seen the management deteriorating. There are lots of politics. Ratings depend on the polished, biased nature of management. You need to be on the same project to get a good rating, or otherwise, you can find yourself at the bottom. Cost-cutting is in place. You can be asked to relocate if you do not get a project, as per policy. HRs are not at all helpful. There is a long queue for onsite roles.

Lately, the quality of lateral recruits has decreased considerably.

Work-life balance can be bad. It depends on the projects.

The time has come to buckle up.
