Pros

Best for people who just want to switch to an MNC from comparatively smaller band companies.

Nothing more I found good about it.

Cons

It's a long story, especially:

If you want to grow technically and are looking for client-side exposure, then you will make the biggest mistake joining this company.

There are very few onsite opportunities, and whatever are there are only meant for senior people or for those who just blindly follow them and engage in constant butter-polishing.

There's no appreciation for good work.

CRAP policies, a hell lot of policies to refrain you from getting any benefit whatsoever.

Most of the projects are support projects, and you don't get to learn much.

Make sure, before joining, that you negotiate well on salary and promotions if you are eligible. Otherwise, it's all crap; once you are in, you are not eligible for anything.

Advice to Management

Bring more transparency. Include 360 feedback. Provide more opportunities to people who actually work for the company.
