Pros

Has the best working culture. You feel like you really work with an MNC and not in an Indian "MNC".

You'll get good, knowledgeable colleagues.

You can work with some of the best clients and projects (90% of Fortune 500 companies are clients).

Best crowd (young people all around).

Regular cultural activities and office parties.

Good management and leadership.

You will not work extra time (e.g., on weekends) for free. You'll get adequate perks even if you have to, like monetary compensation or comp off and free food, etc.

You can do free trainings and certifications in many domains like cloud, data science, and automation (Accenture invests $1 billion yearly for employee trainings).

You can participate in AI Hackathons, coding competitions, and many other activities that are conducted regularly.

This is the best place to work, considering the work culture and overall environment.

Cons

Average pay and increments (according to standards of service-based companies) (at the junior levels up to SSE).

Advice to Management

From my experience, some of the Associate Managers are less knowledgeable and technically proficient than Team Leads. These people are usually insecure about their position and hence try to push out really competent people, which leads to a degradation of the quality of the workforce. You need to acknowledge and work to make this situation better.
