I participated in the initial selection process and they dismissed me, but I don't know the real reason. Generalized feedback is bad, I don't know where to improve for the role. And the responses from the processes usually take ages.
Call with HR -> Hiring Manager -> Technical Interview -> Proposal. Screening with the HR, talking with the hiring manager, technical interview, and finally, but not least, talk with the hiring manager about the proposal.
Easy, the HR interviewer was very friendly, and then the manager was also very humble. I must say that the process was very fluid and straightforward. I waited around 2 weeks for the email answer.
