- Worst rating system.
- Yearly fires 5% of employees using its rating system.
- Forced relocation.
- Talent has no value in front of managers.
- Manager-driven company.
- Gender-biased company.
Do not give powers to managers to rate best talents. The rating system is fully biased, and good talent suffers.
