Politics can be difficult to land in a project.
Dumb colleagues, most of whom just hold a degree but don't know a thing about technology, will in turn drag you down.
Too many MBAs.
Don't employ people who just cracked the aptitude test just to increase your headcount. Most are useless anyways.

Software Engineer
There were a total of 3 rounds. Step 1 was a coding round. Step 2 was a theoretical round. Step 3 was with HR, which was the third round. I got a call from an HR named Anamika.
