No pros. You eventually get screwed up in this company if you join as a fresher and want to make a career as a software developer in the long run.
The only good thing is they haven't forced me yet to go to the office, maybe due to the fact I am on an internal project and they reimburse the internet bills and gave WFH reimbursement.
