There is a wide variety of things you can do.
Compensation is mediocre. You are often forced to find your own job inside of Accenture on their internal portal. Management cannot relate to the average worker. Working with HR, CIO, Support, etc. is extremely painful, every time.
Pay better and pay attention to workers' quality of life at work. Dealing with annoying things every day makes people leave.
