Process
I went for the interview. I spent 7 hours on a Saturday to attend the interview process. I cleared 3 rounds, and the interviewer was very happy with my answers. In the fourth round (at 5:30 PM), which was a manager round, the interviewer came in a hurry. They just saw my resume and, without asking any questions, told me that I did not match their requirements.
I have a question for Adobe: please filter resumes first with managers, so that only candidates who match their requirements will be called for discussion. You should not waste the time and effort of others.
