After a written aptitude test, they called for a face-to-face interview at the Adobe office in Sector 132, Noida.

There, they conducted a pen-and-paper round consisting of output questions in C, DI aptitude questions, and two programming tasks.

Round 1:

• Started with an introduction, current position, and type of work.
• Then, two programs were requested:
  • Write a program to find the second largest element in an array in one scan.
  • Fibonacci series program.
• Test cases were required for both programs.
• One puzzle was presented: find the fastest 5 horses in a 25-horse puzzle.
• Followed by a discussion about the current package and reasons for leaving the current organization.
• A discussion on previous projects took place.

Round 2:

• Began with an introduction and a discussion on the current project.
• A question about the testing approach for any new application with limited knowledge and short duration was asked.
• Potential hit-and-trial scenarios for a website seen in the US but not opening in India were discussed, along with options to try and open that website.
• One programming task was given: find the sum of big numbers without using BigInteger.
• Various test cases for the above program were requested.

Round 3:

• Asked to write two programs' code on a whiteboard:
  • Find if two strings are anagrams or not.
  • Find the first non-repeating character in a string.
• Asked to write test cases for an app that corrects tilted images.
