QA Lead Interview Experience - Bengaluru, Karnataka

Process

I had a telephonic interview at Adobe, and it went well. At the end, the interviewer mentioned that I could expect a positive outcome.

The questions were mostly related to my experience, with a few logical ones.

However, I did not receive any further calls or responses from their end. Upon emailing the recruiter, I received a reply stating that the interviewer was on leave and had not yet provided feedback. I tried to follow up via email, but received no further reply.

A month later, another recruiter from Adobe called me about a new opening and said she would schedule a discussion with the hiring team. After that, there was no further communication from their end.

Overall message: The Adobe recruitment team is very slow in conducting the interview process. Worse, they do not provide a proper status update. Do not wait for their replies. It's better to apply for Adobe jobs via consultancy, as they are good at following up.
