Interviewed for a Senior Director position.
My major concern was the extensive process involving numerous individuals and interviews before reaching a decision. While everyone was very nice and professional, not all interviewers seemed fully prepared, and there were instances of overlapping questions, such as inquiries about why I was leaving my previous role.
There were few deep technical questions or problem-solving scenarios, but this is to be expected at this level. The focus was more on the variety of areas I had worked in and what I could contribute to Adobe. The team was genuinely interested in my experience addressing innovation, improving teamwork, and enhancing team effectiveness at other companies. In fact, after joining, the teams wholeheartedly accepted a number of those ideas. It truly felt like a "best idea wins" kind of company.
