Inclusive Culture, Stagnant Workforce

Pros: It is inclusive and provides a lot of opportunities to switch internally.
Cons: A lot of folks do rest and vest. Ten to twenty years in the same company is pretty common. This is adding extra fat. Adobe needs to shred some of its extra, non-performing fat.
RSUs for software engineers are for 40-50% of team members. There is a lot of politics involved with this.

Pros: Education: It will stretch you technically. We move fast in the Marketing Cloud teams. PTO is awesome. My team culture allows me to take off when I need to for family events without worry about how much time off I have left.
Cons: Some of the leadership puts unjustified pressure on my manager and doesn't accept reality.
