Process
Couple of technical phone interviews followed by two rounds of onsite interviews. This is basically a total of about eight interviews, each being 45 minutes long.
The onsite interviews can be a little stressful, but the people are nice and make sure you are doing fine.
Questions
Mostly technical – from memory management to algorithms to system design.

Lots of scope for improving skills by enrolling in literally any online course (all expenses will be covered by the company).
Cons: No work from home.
Noida office is located at a remote place with literally no connectivity.
There is literally zero scope or chance for internal job switching. You will be treated as if you are applying as an outsider. Plus, your current work experience is not counted in such a situation.
